Shipping costs Flourish Gift and Home ships within Australia. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 Australia wide. All online orders over $200 will receive free shipping.
Shipping details All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day where possible. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working business day. Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details. All orders can be expected to arrive within 3–8 business days for metropolitan areas, with an additional 2–3 business days for regional locations. If providing a business address, please include the business name.
Where possible, parcels are sent with tracking and/or signature on delivery. If you choose Authority to Leave, you accept responsibility for the parcel once marked as delivered.
Order changes and incorrect addresses Once an order is placed we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as we work quickly to dispatch. If you've made an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at sales@flourishgiftandhome.com.au. If your order has already shipped, Flourish Gift and Home accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered at checkout, and any additional postage costs to resend will be the customer's responsibility.
Item availability As stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may occasionally be sold out at the time of purchase. If this occurs, you will be notified by phone or email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.
